About Me

Brenda Taylor is a Melbourne based psychologist offering tools and resources from her 15-plus years of counselling work as a psychologist. This set of resources is evolving and comes out of her work over the years with ADHD clients. She developed a passion for neurodiversity from her work, helping children and parents understand ADHD and finding strategies for daily life. She has lived experience as a parent, as that is an important part of her approach and philosophy.

As her practice continued to grow, she started seeing adults with later diagnoses. This helped her understand the challenges faced by many who have only found out later in life why some things feel so challenging when they appear easy for others.
